India is opening to the world. The unstoppable growth of its economy has allowed many of its inhabitants to know realities that, until few years ago, were out of reach. The Indian has become an usual tourist in the major cities of the world and, in recent years, has increased its presence in the countries bordering the Sea in Spain, Italy, France and Turkey.

The interest shown by the Indian citizen to the these countries has meant that these nations have also discovered an India unknown to them, a country full of economic opportunities, but also a country eager to experience more, and open to new cultures, new cuisines.

In this context arises Imperfecto, a restaurant that wants to bring the whole of the countries culinary to the Indian palate, from the renowned Italian pastas and pizzas, to dishes from other countries like Greece, Morocco and, especially, Spain, the country of our Director projects and corporate Chef: Nuria Rodriguez Parra, who has more than 17 years of experience.
Spain is present in dishes such as ‘tapas’ than we serve as appetizers, some music like, flamenco, salsa and other songs from Spanish and Latin American musicians, although there are also music in Portuguese and French and, of course, in the name of the restaurant: Imperfecto.

The spirit of imperfection is what Nuria Rodriguez wanted to convey in the design of the restaurant, where the relaxing and stylish than you can find in a Spanish villa, it is added the cheerful craziness of imperfection, with motorcycles and bicycles hanging from ceiling, books falling from the sky like a waterfall, half of a bed as seat or instruments, a typewriter or chairs that adorn the walls of the place.
